Charlotte Milligan Fox (1864–1916) founded the Irish Folk Song Society in 1904. She was born in Omagh, County Tyrone. The Annals of the Irish Harpers was published in 1911, edited from the Bunting papers and contains much of the correspondence between Edward Bunting and Dr. James MacDonnell, the “moving spirit of the harp festival” in Belfast in 1792.
